		<description>In case anyone else runs into this; @api_server isn&#039;t available in the version of goliath I&#039;m working with. The workaround seems to be changing your call to with_api into this:

   with_api(YourApi) do &#124;server&#124;
      server.config[&#039;mongo&#039;] = mock(‘mongo’).as_null_object</description>

I can see in a debugger that the response_headers hash is formatted correctly, but in my &quot;forwards to our API server&quot; spec I am still getting back the regular all-caps version (&quot;SPECIAL&quot;). My response array is set correctly to use &#039;response_headers&#039; and not &#039;req.response_header&#039;. The &#039;transforms back properly&#039; spec passes just fine.

Can&#039;t figure this one out.</description>
