I’m on the Intertubes

The video from LayerOne has been posted to YouTube. For the one person that’s maybe, kinda, interested, you can see my Exploit-Me: Firefox Plug-ins for Application Penetration Testing. The slides in the video are a bit hard to read but you can grab a PDF copy off the LayerOne archive site.

Let me know what you think.

If you’re curious about this XSS and Sql Injection stuff take a look at the OWASP Top Ten they’re both in there.

Between you and Bruce, I’m going to figure out how to be a pro hacker by year’s end. Shame your audience didn’t dig your pop cultural references, but hey, we can’t all be cool. :)

And for what it’s worth, even a newb like me understood what you were talking about — on a theoretical level any way.

It’s always a little frightening, but a lot of fun, doing these types of presentations. I’ve had a number of people come up to me after and tell me they liked the presentations or finally got an understanding of why XSS is an issue.

It’s still a little strange to watch myself present. I don’t sound like I think I sound like, heh.

I’m glad you enjoyed the talk. I’m quite happy it was understandable.

Holy crap! You’re famous, dude! I’ve been watching the video in bits during compiles. :-) You sound smart…
