Getting Started with Cocoa: a Friendlier Approach
This is a really great introduction because it doesn’t try to do everything itself. It gives context, it gives an ordering and it gives some hints on more things to try. There are a lot of links to other sites and tutorials.
Very well done. Now, I just need to find time to get through all the linked articles.
